About 50% of the time a gas station that isn't dispensing the correct amount of fuel is actually giving you too much gas for your money. But if you think you've been overcharged, you can report it to Law Enforcement, but you don't call the plice, you call the Department of weights and Measures -- they are the "Gas Police."
